This California Resident Privacy Addendum enhances information detailed within our comprehensive Privacy Framework and applies exclusively to California State inhabitants ("Individuals" or "residents") as established under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"). This Addendum describes Personal Data categories our Organization acquires and our information handling procedures. Capitalized terminology utilized but not defined herein maintains meanings established within our main Privacy Framework or CCPA legislation.

Our Organization refrains from engaging in Personal Data commercialization as defined under CCPA provisions. Nevertheless, specific Personal Data categories may undergo "distribution" with third-party affiliates for cross-platform behavioral marketing, potentially constituting "commercialization" under CCPA definitions.
